How do you protect your software development environment from the conman ?

The conman run with the latest versions of everything. This generates lots of problems, but gives the appearance that useful work is being done Downside is the usability/safety aspect of it, or lack of it, of what the conman is doing. To VP : Thanks. Terrific.
